In April 2007, ElectroNet Services Limited purchased Mitton Consulting Limited in
Christchurch and a new company, Mitton ElectroNet Ltd, was formed.
Mitton ElectroNet is an Electrical Engineering Consultancy based in Christchurch
providing engineering and draughting and consultancy services to major electrical industry clients.

Stephen is the General Manager of Mitton Electronet, a skilled group of engineers and drafting resources offering solutions to the power and commercial industries. He is an enthusiastic people manager and professional engineer with more than 20 years experience of the electricity supply industry. Stephen has held consulting, operations, engineering, and management positions within the generation and transmission sectors and worked on nuclear, gas turbine, hydro, wind, and transmission assets. He not only brings leadership to the Mitton Electronet team, but offers a wide variety of skills and experience to industry clients.

ElectroNet Transmission Ltd
In April 2008 ElectroNet Services Limited purchased a portion of the New Zealand
ABB company, and ElectroNet Transmission Limited was formed.
ElectroNet Transmission Limited provide transmission line build and maintenance
services throughout the West Coast and Nelson/Marlborough regions.
Staff are located at 9 Johnston Street in Greymouth and 12 Merton Place in Nelson.
Contract Managers in both areas provide day-to-day management of the workforce,
and report regularly to the ElectroNet Chief Executive and Operations Manager.

Dave has been working in the electrical industry since 1983 and is a qualified Electrical Fitter and Project Manager.
Dave heads the Nelson branch of ETL and manages the day-to-day operation of the business. He works proactively to ensure that the expectations of Transpower are met, and also pursues new business opportunities which will utilise the vast and varied skills of the workforce.

Lindsay heads the Greymouth branch of ETL. He has extensive knowledge of the High Voltage transmission lines which traverse the West Coast and Tasman areas, and leads a team who provide Live Line, Construction, Project Management and Maintenance expertise to the owners of these high voltage assets.
Although based in Greymouth Lindsay’s team are able to provide solutions to clients throughout New Zealand and the Pacific, within exacting timeframes.
